"Rappa Ternt Sanga" came as the debut album from T-Pain. it came out in 2005, soon after he signed to Akon's Konvict Muzik record label. This original album has the "rapper-tunred-singer", T-Pain show what he can do both as a prodcuer, and a singer with most of the vocals hadelled by auto-tuning for a robotic effect. He takes great influence from other well-known singers who used such voice manipulation, Roger Troutman, and Teddy Riley (for which the 'T' in his name is sometimes said to stand for), but he doesn't opt for the same Voice Box technology. 1. When you can't think of any good rap lyrics anymore, you start singing, even if you're not a singer. That's what T-Pain did, because teenage girls will eat up anything he craps out (not literally, of course). Solid power metal.
Brings nothing new to the genre.

Return to darker days, with heavier production.
Groove riffs are overly repetitive.

Satisfying and accomplished gothic doom metal.
Takes all its ideas from elsewhere.
Considered Dead - Gorguts
Sophisticated death metal based in the traditional Florida style.
Tends towards similarity.

Effective nod to the old school.
Disappointingly retro.
Tunes Of War - Grave Digger
Great concept that doesn't impede superficial enjoyment.
All reminiscent of older material.

Creative and extremely compelling death metal.
Diversity means that listeners may not enjoy everything.
Domus Mundi - Hollenthon
Ambitious mix of styles that work excellently together.
Occasionally fails to cohere.
Renegade - HammerFall
A good slow song, and some catchy choruses.
Mostly a less exciting version of its predecessors.
Rheingold - Grave Digger
Great use of orchestration to supplement, great heavy metal songs.
Some riffs are very generic.
