Flowing Tears apply more dynamic instrumentation on their third album, which spoils the atmosphere somewhat, but at lest provides something for the listener to enjoy as the songs plod on. Once again this is far from riveting material, but Helen Vogt does a great job succeeding Stefanie Duchêne, even if she doesn't get an equivalent of 'Starfish Ride' to really make her mark here. The guitars are heavier this time round and more prone to solos, while the keyboards are similarly more energetic and twiddly, whether the listener values this as a positive trait or not.
