Crowned Review Reckless - Bryan Adams: Reckless but not rockless! (1023 words)

Rating:

Bryan Adams is an interesting character. He's not as simple as his music. Not only does he have a genuine social conscious through his various charities and foundations for the environment he's an accomplished photographer with exhibitions around the world, including the Saatchi Gallery in London. He's not a tedious Bono eco big mouth by any ...  Read the complete review

I have been really daring this week, and I have listened to some CD?s which I have never considered to be to my liking previously, but I have to give them at least one listen, otherwise I might be missing out on something. Now, I like Bryan Adams, the odd song is nice, but I have not heard any of his earlier stuff, so I decided to give ?Reckless? ...  Read the complete review

Seriously though - this is a fantastic ballad from a great ...  Read the complete review

Reckless - Bryan Adams: Reckless (127 words)

I know Bryan Adams is considered a light weight in the music business, but the facts remain that he is able to continually make good pop standards. Reckless is a great disc--it has 6 hits "One Night Love Affair", "Run To You", "Heaven", "Somebody", Summer of '69" and "It's Only Love." ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Bryan Adams - Reckless (1984) (155 words)
by - written on 27/06/00 (Useful, 27 readings)
Rating:

Can it really have been 1984 when this album was released? It sounds just as good today as when I originally bought it. All the songs on the album are straight ahead no nonsense rock songs ( aside from the ballad "Heaven" which is still excellent ) and to be honest they all sound the same. Don't let that you ut you off ...  Read the complete review
