Advantages: Catchy and upbeat. Good party/club album. Its got all the hits on it.

Disadvantages: Gets a bit boring to listen to after the first few songs. The novelty definitely wears off.

I am a massive fan of this girl group, even though most of these kinds of bands dont really appeal to me. So when All Saints first came out, they were unfairly tarred with the Spice Girls brush and I really do think it took them a bit of time to prove to serious music fans that they were a little different and little better than The Spice Girls.

I love all the original tracks of the remixes of this album and was worried that I would hate this album subsequently. I didn't hate it but its fair to say it does get a bit tedious towards the end.

It has nearly all the chart toppers like 'Never Ever', 'Bootie Call', 'Under The Bridge', 'Lady Marmelade' and 'I know Where It's At' so this makes the album feel familiar. It has some really nice featuring artists and the tunes are remixed mainly for their danceability.

Musically the All Saints are really good with a fresh R&B contempory style. Lyrically they are skilled at penning a catchy chorus line that its almost impossible to get out of your head once its in there. Vocally this band are really strong, with all the members taking turns at vocals and singing in some really tight harmonies.

To summarise I think this album would be really good as back ground music for a party but I dont think it does their songs justice.

Summary: Great background music but doesnt show off the band as it should.
