Advantages: A great CD

Disadvantages: None

Reservoir dogs is a influential movie with a huge following and is known for it's different and surprisingly well fitting soundtrack. Quentin Tarantino is well known for the unusual music included in his films, and as the first movie he both wrote and directed, this is where it started. Most of the songs in the film are heard on the radio, on "K Billy's super sound of the 70's." Clips of the radio host introducing songs are kept on the soundtrack and make up a few tracks overall. I feel this is a good thing because it keeps the songs fitting ogether and as a movie soundtrack, you want it to be as close to the film as you it can get. The highlights are "Little green bag" and "Stuck in the middle with you" but they are all great songs with no lowlights. There is a few minute long dialogue track included halfway through, which is always nice to hear. The booklet is pretty simple and doesn't have too much extra movie photos, but is still good. Overall, this is a gret CD and a wonderful piece for any fans of the movie. I would reccomnd it to all.

Summary: A cool cd

I remember owning this soundtrack on cassette tape a number of years ago. It is a great soundtrack.
