... the article I had read was correct, as nothing about them made me think of church or choirs (like I imagined). The first thing that you feel is that this band cant be new. They really do sound like the resurrection of a deeper older genre of music, and indeed of rock music. Boy was I wrong thinking that a bunch of Christian kids couldn't rock so hard! I read a review in The Independent about this band and was instantly determined that I would hate them. The review focused on them being a band made up of young practising Christians. I thought 'what's so rock 'n' roll about that?' But on hearing the song 'Hang Me Up To Dry' (without realising who the band was), I instantly loved them! It even made me question whether the article I had read was correct, as nothing about them made me think of church or choirs (like I imagined).
