 ... the article I had read was correct, as nothing about them made me think of church or choirs (like I imagined). The first thing that you feel is that this band cant be new. They really do sound like the resurrection of a deeper older genre of music, and indeed of rock music. Boy was I wrong thinking that a bunch of Christian kids couldn't rock so hard! I read a review in The Independent about this band and was instantly determined that I would hate them. The review focused on them being a band made up of young practising Christians. I thought 'what's so rock 'n' roll about that?' But on hearing the song 'Hang Me Up To Dry' (without realising who the band was), I instantly loved them! It even made me question whether the article I had read was correct, as nothing about them made me think of church or choirs (like I imagined). The first thing that you feel is that this band cant be new. They really do sound like the resurrection of a deeper older genre of music, and indeed of rock music. It IS worth a listen. You might like. Production is shabby, although suits the style.

Songs are live and there are some comic changes that have been made. Audio quality has suffered slightly and jokes may be controversial.

Some decent tracks, catchiness of Abba occasionally, sound musicianship A bit repetitive, vocalist is a bit poppy

Tyler Ritter's voice, a very talented band I haven't listened to it for a few years, must be a reason why

lots of heavy, groovy riffs pretty derivative

Jones's voice, one great and some good tracks Does get repetative
