Robyn, the new talent from Sweden to hit the UK, or has she? Robyn comes from a theatric family and we first saw her in 1995 when she made her first album. Most will remember her as the voice behind Show Me Love in 1997, however over the past 12 months she had several hit singles, and I think majority of us have to be guilty of singing along to some of her tracks. She obviously spent quite a while coming up with the album title, so hats off to that. After a near on ten year chart absence, Robyn suddenly crep back out of the woodwork with her arty indie dance single 'With Every Heartbeat.' I think she surprised quite a few people, including herself, when this became a number hit in 2007. Who is she: Swedish singer Robyn started her pop career in the nineties. Definately an album i have been listening for a while now. Robyn quite an unusual girl definately knows her own taste in music. The swedish singer takes on the world with her american arbum sound, had her most famous song 'with every heartbeat.' I enjoy her music because of the actual music, not the lyrics. Even though she uses alot of swearwords in songs, and unusual song titles like ''jack you off'' as a bonus song, the tunes are pretty good in my opinion. My favourite song ''cobrastyle'' consists mainly of the music and less of the lyrics. But i must admit, i am totally in love with her songs.
