Rock N Roll Cleopatra is a compilation album of some of Wayne/Jayne County's finest tracks. The album tends to focus on Wayne County pre-sex change years and full conversion to Jayne. Wayne was an interesting chap who took part in the famous Stonewall Inn riots, was an influential figure on Daid Bowie's Diamond Dogs tour and album, was an integral part of the early punk rock scene and worked as a DJ at CBGB's.
