Nutini - These Streets - Released 2006 - Atlantic Records I bought this after hearing the fabulous Last Request on the radio.It is a stunning song which captures you and reminds you of the one you love.A truly beautiful love song.His lyrics are very frank and open and he has the ability to come across as somewhat naive which makes you want to love him even more.Each song is beautifully written and beautifully sung.The songs are all very polished and overall it s a very well established album.A very talented young man. It's A Shame About Ray - Lemonheads ... works through the buzzing guitars and the title track which is a perfect three minute pop song. For me, Dando got lost in a sea of celebrity, drugs and booze, but this album stands out as a beacon to a really good songwriter who understood pop songs and how to perfectly construct them.
