Advantages: Heavy and a bit different

Disadvantages: Nothing really.

While possibly being Sepultura's most commercial effort, I still think that it is one of their best. It isn't as death metal orientated as when they started out, but believe me there is still a lot of anger in the lyrics, especially in the heavy as hell grinding classic which is Roots Bloody Roots.

This album also is the more tribal orientated, with the tribal drums and chants making frequent appearances, and even having their own track or two. While this is something that is different to other metal bands it works well. Don't worry, if you want rock you will get it - there is not a shortage of tracks that fit in that category fortunately! Other highlights, for me, include Cut-Throat, and the rather catchy Dusted. With plenty of messages throughout, this is a brilliant album.
