This is one of mustaines' finest songwriting moments. Marty friedman on guitar joined the band at this stage with his exotic style of guitar playing -very much middle eastern inspired. This gave the band an edge over there competitors.

This came out around slayers south of heaven and metallicas black album. The production is very good and the songs are complex thrash anthems with mustaines singing much improved. This band were in the big four of thrash with the other three being anthrax, metallica and slayer.

Summary: excellent
