Boyzone - 'Said And Done' Boyzone are a manufactured boy band, put together by Louis Walsh in 1993. Their first hit was 'Love Me For A Reason', which made the number 2 spot in the charts in November 1994. They enjoyed further success throughout the remainder of the 1990s before splitting in 2000. They paved the way for international smash success band Westlife, also created by Louis Walsh. Said And Done is Boyzone's first album, released in 1995. This was Boyzone's debut album and an album I tend to push to the back of my memory. Why is this? Well, it is rather a laborious affair to get through and the songs are just way too drippy to take seriously now. Next to Take That, they simply do not compare. Who are they: Irish boyband, comprising Ronan, Shane, Steven, Keith and Mikey. Ronan tended to do most of the lead vocals with Steven chipping in now and then. This is Boyzone's first album, which, considering that their lead singer Ronan Keating was only 17 when most of these songs were written and released, is quite impressive. This is pop at it's cheesiest, but a must-have for any Boyzone fans. You'll find classics such as Love me for a Reason, Father and Son, So Good, and Key to my Life. The tracks that they didn't release probably only seem half-decent to big fans of the group, but nevertheless, this is worth buying if you come across it in a Woolworth's bargain bin. ...  Read the complete review

Said And Done was Irish band Boyzone's 1st ever released album and was released in 1995. This album done really well and helped Boyzone become so popular in the late 90's and 2000s. Said and done - The album is in very typical sound and style of boyzone which is very lovey dovey,soppy,with a mixture of both ballads and fantastically cheesy pop tracks such as together. It also includes a couple of covers (father & son and love me for a reason come instantly to mind) that are thrown in for good measure. Im not going to put a complete damper on this album though as there are a good few tracks,My favourites are love me for a reason and coming home now.
