      Very helpful

      a good debut album

Same old tunes was the first album from the band millencolin. It was actually first released in 1994 as tiny tunes however an Swedish cartoon program titled tiny toon adventures sued over the albums title and album art causing millencolin to re release the album as same old tunes in 1998.

The first song off the album is Mr Clean, it is a fantastic song and up to this day still one of my favourite millencolin songs that they have ever done. it's a really fast song with a really catchy chorus. Theres also some great guitar throughout the song as well, and some really great guitar palm muting throughout as well.

Fazils friend is another some that has a ska element about it, their first song I believe to have this and they only did a few song like this but they carry it off so well and im a bit supriised they didn't actually choose to go down a total ska route or at least include more ska songs in their sets and albums as they really do them well. This song has song of the best instruments of the whole album however not the best lyrics in my eyes however his singing carries it through and its still a really good album.

The last song off the album is take it or leave it, it's a bit of a softer song and his singing style sounds a little bit different and strange compared to his usual style. However none the less its still a song I really like, theres some annoying guitar parts in here as well, which I don't like and don't think fit into the song however the versus where he is singing and the instruments are behind him backing him up are all great.

      1. Mr. Clean
      2. Chiquita Chaser
      3. Diznee Time
      4. Domestic Subway
      5. Fazil's Friend
      6. Leona
      7. House of Blend
      8. Strike
      9. Mystic Reptile
      10. Dance Craze
      11. Einstein Crew
      12. Take It or Leave It

This was the bands first album, and although its by no means their best album, it does have some really great songs on and its clear to see they do have something to give as a band and then not a surprise that thye then went on to release more great albums after this as well.
