The album opens with 'Jamaica say you will' which is a dreamy piano based song which conjures up the love affair between the persona in the song and an exotic female beauty. Jackson Browne is an American rock singer who has had a successful music career for four decades. Inducted into the exclusive Hall of Fame in 2004 the artist has now achieved legendary status and continues to produce and tour. I was able to fall in love with some of the songs on this 1972 album because even his older music is still widely played on commercial radio today and this album remains fresh and contemporary sounding. 'Saturate Before Using' is a moniker this album gained after the wordy illustration on the record cover was mistaken as the actual title.
