‘The Science of Things’ is Bush’s third album offering from 1999. It opens with ‘Warm Machine’ which is classic Bush sound – rocking guitars and Gavin’s guttural vocals. ‘The Chemicals Between Us’ was the first single taken from the album and is the first indication that Bush have progressed as ...  Read the complete review

I have a lot to say on this particular album. Having always had somewhat of a soft spot for Bush and their Nirvana-esque sound, it was with no great surprise that I found myself loving their latest effort with vigour. Their sound is somewhat consistent, through "Sixteen Stone and Razorblade Suitcase", there is no mistaking their sound ...  Read the complete review

The band ...  Read the complete review

The Science Of Things - Bush: What can I say (115 words)

Bush overall is one of the best alternative bands out there.... one of my faves. My favourite song of all time would have to be "letting the cables sleep" a true song I can relate to as many others can. It’s got alive lyrics and outstanding instrumental work. I think that if you have been a all time bush fan you'll love this ...  Read the complete review

So to Bush's 3rd album, Deconstructed excepting. It has to be said that Bush get a raw deal in the UK. Despite major MTV exposure and multiple album sales abroad, their profile is low. This is the sort of album that makes it hard to understand why. The Science of Things is less heavy than sixteen.. and Razorblade. But it ...  Read the complete review
