From the moment I heard 'Sun Goes Down' with it's catchy, uplifting sounds blasting out joyfully from the radio, I couldn't wait to go out and purchase David Jordan's debut album. When I saw it, 'Set The Mood', on sale for £10.99 I immediately grabbed a copy in Woolworths, looking forward to hearing what this young artist had produced. I was very impressed and I loved the mixture of styles on the album. On this abum, David Jordan proves himself to be a great, versatile young talent with huge promise. David Jordan - Set The Mood I bought this album from iTunes on the back of his single 'Sun Goes Down' which I have to say was refreshingly good and I loved the video, very quirky. David Jordan is only 23 and surprisingly (for his depth of musical style) is British, though born of Indian and West Indian parents. This is his debut album and is produced by Trevor Horn, more of a name in the 80's than now, he was regarded then a bit Like Mark Ronson is now, which is a coincidence as apparently (having read up on this like the geek I am), Amy Winehouse and David Jordan are big buddies, so I would not be surprised if Ronson features in this young mans ...
