Advantages: Brilliant tracks

Shania Twain is critcially acclaimed for repersenting country musical so marketbly and for showing talent and voice through her songs. This album is Shania's first and is self titled and self penned. The tracks flow on from each other. The tracks are meaningful and show country in a fantastic way.

''What Made You Say That'' is a great country track. It is essentially pop, this song is very catchy and quite good. The lyrics and chorus are brilliant.

''You Lay A Whole Lot Of Love On Me'' is a fantastic track. The song is instantbly likeable. This is catchy, shows Shania's voice, well written - Shania sing's well. Great production and appears to be very meaningful.

''Dance With The One That Brought You'' is very disco like and pop at the same time. This has the right amount of country mixed in as well. The song is very entertaining - will make you sing along straight away.

''Still Under The Weather'' is very meaningful and great. The song is quite poppish and balladish. Shania shows her voice and sings well.

''God Ain't Gonna Getcha For That'' is very upbeat and fast, very poppish and country. Shania shows her writing skills and sings well.

''Hold On Me'' is a brilliant track. This song is quite slow and upbeat as well. The song is very country, very likeable and catchy.

''There Goes The Neighbourhood'' is a very nice track. The song is very entertaining, Shania sings well. Great country song.

''Forget Me'' is a great track. Quite slow, rockish but country at the same time. Well written and instalaly likeable chorus - this is fantastic.

''When'' is a great song. This is quite slow country song, the song is very slow and catchy. Shania shows her voice here.

''Crime Of The Country'' is a great pop song. The lyrics are great, the chorus is fantastic. The verses are great follow up. This is quite country and very pop - Excellent.

Shania Twain makes country seem fun and entertaining. Her first album self titled ''Shania Twain'' is an excellent repersentation of the musical genre of country. Every track shows the talent and voice of Shania, every song is catchy and brilliant - Highly recommended.
