Silver Screen Stereo - Elvis Presley

One of the earliest CD releases from the Elvis specialist record label FTD was called OUT IN HOLLYWOOD and featured alternate takes of songs that Elvis Presley sang in some of his films. The CD was very well received and so the label followed it up with this CD, SILVER SCREEN STEREO. The CD features 70 minutes of material, over 26 tracks. Again, these are all alternate takes from songs whose master recordings are available on other CDs, but the treat of this album is hearing Elvis and his musicians working through the material until they reach the final version.
