**Introduction** I'm sure all of you have at least one cd in your collection from an artist you really only like that album from them. One such band that I feel this way about Is Nickelback. Although I do like some of their other stuff there is not enough consistency on any of their other albums for me to buy any other Nickelback albums. Silver Side Up by Nickelback is one of the band's earlier albums. It's still being produced and sold now, and you can get if for £6.78 from Amazon though I have seen it cheaper in shops. This album was originally released in 2001, and many fans think it's Nickelback's first album but it's actually their third! Silver Side Up by Nickelback is a fantatsic album that contains 10 very well produced tracks. I bought this album for £9 from Asda which was a good deal and having heard 'How you remind me' on the radio frequently I just had to get it. The album was released in September 2001 and reached number 1 proving how good this album really is. I found this album to be very well produced with some excellent tracks included. This album of course contains the former US number 1 hit single 'How you remind me' which really is an exceptional song, containing very powerful lyrics and a gripping chorus. Once upon a time it was quite "cool" to like this 4-piece Canadian band. The internet was buzzing about Chad Kroeger's unique style and the band's underground following across Canada. MP3s of early unreleased tracks were being swapped and downloaded by fans wanting to hear more and the future for Nickelback looked rosy when they released their first commercial album "The State".
