It is a great one to sing along to at the top of your voice, and the sound you produce will no doubt fill the room for all to enjoy (unless you happen to be tone deaf of course). With this track the band start as they mean to go on, and as they crush their way through the rest of the album the music is never short of enthralling. Although the band are forever changing, there are times on this album when ev...more

Crowned Review Sing The Sorrow - AFI: The Fire Burns Bright (994 words)

Rating:

Early 90's four ordinary high school students were practising playing music together in a garage to erase the boredom between their skate sessions. they had no idea how the band would evolve. Dealing With It - DRI
Fun, fast, dirty, angry. Not aggressive enough for hardcore fans; not metal enough for thrash fans.

Death Cult Armageddon - Dimmu Borgir
Improved production, and reasonable symphony. Boring.

Death's Design - Diabolical Masquerade - Soundtrack
Intriguing concept and structure. Somewhat flawed execution.

Demons And Wizards - Demons & Wizards
Talented guitars and vocals. Lacking in creativity.

Diary Of An Afro Warrior - Benga
A couple of bangers Fairly repetitive beats

Diminishing Between Worlds - Decrepit Birth
Good guitar work. Doesn't make sense.

Dismantling Devotion - Daylight Dies
More compelling and involving. Still steals from Katatonia.

Dragonslayer - Dream Evil
Tribute to classic metal, with appropriate modern power metal influence. Incredibly catchy. Cheesy.

Dream Evil - Dio
A last chance for 1980s Dio. Less impressive than earlier albums.

Embrace Of Memory - Darkestrah
Some catchy, traditional black metal. Later songs sound too similar, and less interesting.
