What a performer Robbie Williams is. If you have ever seen him in a show then you know what I am talking about. His later albums have sunk a little into a level of pretention that I don't think suits him but this is probably the best of his earlier albums - he is comfortable in what he is doing now as a solo artist but he hasn't quite become arrogant about it - or as arrogant as he has become now. Robbie Williams has to be a little arrogant or he would be no fun at all. Part of the album after this, "Escapology" is also quite good, but not quite on a par with this. With great songs like "Let Love be your energy" (and what a great video he has for this one too), "Supreme" and the duet with Kylie Minogue - "Kids" (which has quite a racy video too), not forgetting "ROck DJ", this album boasts Robbie Williams at the Top of his Game.
