Probably the best album in the world, ever (The Soft Bulletin - Flaming Lips)

Advantages: Very unique and heartfelt Disadvantages: none
How do you define an album like this? The subject matter is death and cancer and hope. Their is an orchestra plugging away in the background, although they sound tinny and synthesized, although this is intentional. The drums are distorted to the point where they could be heavy cardboard boxes. It's the umpteenth Flaming Lips album, and the one where they finally come of age. Summary: Probably the best album in the world, ever |
