I do not own a lot of Madonna albums, I have 2 others apart from this one, and think that this is a really good buy. Why? well because it is a CD with a mixture of songs from her career, and some 'new' ones too (well they were new at the time).

14 tracks.

1. I want you - with massive attack
This is a very sultry song, can be seen as a bit slow and boring however, It is not the best song on the album. It is good to listen to though.

2. I'll remember
This is a very nice song, again a bit slow. The vocals are slow with a faster beat, this was the theme to the film "With Honors" which I believe starred Madonna, and is very nice to sing along to, good backing singing in it too.

3. Take a bow
Aww, this is such a nice song, however it will now always remind me of the cliff-hanger a few years back in "Friends" when Rachel was going to meet Ross at the airport. It is a very nice song, about letting a love go.

4. You'll see
A spanish feeling to the song, which was reflected in the video. Also a song about leaving a love behind, but this is has slightly vindictive qualities to it - only slightly though! This was released as a single in 1995/6

5. Crazy for you
A flashback to the 80s when Madonna was younger, and sounds it in this song. It was a smootchy kinda song then, and I suppose it still is! Still sounds very 80ish though. It was on the soundtrack to a film called "Vision Quest", which also featured Phil Collins "Against all odds"

6. This used to be my playground
The track to the Madonna film "Playing the field". This is such a sweet song that can be played over and over again. It is very gentle and has heartfelt vocals on it.

7. Live to tell
A great, great song. Again vindictive in tone, about keeping secrets. Wonderful all round. You will start singing to it once you know the words! :)

8. Love don&
#39;t live here anymore
Starts off ok, but this isn't my favourite, it is a bit strained on the vocals at the start and is not one of her best. However it does sound very heartfelt and is alright to listen to.

9. Something to remember
Nice song, it is so different from the rest of the album, slower and sincere. Not entirely sure what it's all about, but is worth a listen to!

10. Forbidden love
A bit raunchy - but good! Y'know what Madonna was like a few years back? well this is one of those songs, about sex and all that, very good song, certainly one of the best on the album, have to pay attention the the backing vocals, which make the whole thing really.

11. One more chance
A accoustic song, which is done very well, a nice sadish song, perhaps not the greatest on the album, but let it play!

12. Rain
Wow, one of her best surely? It is a lovely song which was a big hit back in the mid-90s. If you have your headphones in when you listen, take one out of your ear and you can hear exactly what is being said in the middle bit. But you will have to repeat it to get the other side of the story too! :)

13. Oh father
A nice song, great beginning to it, still a sad-ish song with great lyrics and vocals, another of her best, not sure if it is about HER father, but its a good song.

14. I want you - orchestral version
Not entirely sure about this version, it is much slower than the other (number 1).

However, this album does not have the 80s classics on this - why? because they are on the "Emaculate Collection" CD, this is rather a 'reflection' on her ongoing career.
