Latter Days: The Best Of Led Zeppelin Vol.2 - Led Zeppelin

Latter Days: The Best of Led Zeppelin really is another fantastic release from the band and once again it deliver s. The album was released in March 2000 and was based on hits produced by Led Zeppelin between 1973 and 1979. I bought this album along with the Early Days for £10 from HMV although you can now buy it for just £4 on Amazon. The album contains 10 superbly produced tracks all containing something special. I really like how again the album like the Early Days in once again full of hits and contains a lot of vareity keeping you entertained for hours. "The song remains the same" is a very classic sounding song that has a slow tempo but really is a ...

Led Zeppelin at their very best can at last be found on one CD. From Good times bad times right through to Stairway to heaven can be enjoyed with this cleverly arranged thirteen-track tribute to Plant? Page, Jones and Bohnam. "Once I pressed play I was utterly inspired from beginning to end" said one Led Zepp fan. ...

Early Days: The Best Of Led Zeppelin Vol.1 - Led Zeppelin
Better than Latter Days (189 words)by - written on 05/10/00

give it 3 because I really wouldn't like to steer anyone wrong by getting them to think this is a great CD. It is decent, and thats it. Just decent. Led Zeppelin is a great band, lets get that point across right away. But the producers of the two CD's named Led Zeppelin's greatest hits volumes one and two gave themselves the dubious task of condensing such a great, and influention rock band into just 23 songs (13 earlier days, 10 latter). Its just not possible. I guess if you just like the song "Stairway to Heaven" and are a rather casual fan, this does the job. But for those of us who are serious fans looking to really get to know the essence of ...
