The first stage of the front line campaign started, as most of us will know, in the early to mid sixties and came in the shape of Mersey Beat. Yes this is very 80's music, but be prepared to bow down in wonder at just how excellent these guys were. "Shout" was great to do that dancing on the spot dance that everyone seemed to be doing in the clubs at the time. Well they were in mine, but maybe I was missing the point. Anyhow, I still enjoy belting this one out in the car. The kids don't but hey... <shrug> I just love the sax at the beginning of this track and how everything just flooooowwwwwwsssss nicely into the beat.
