This is a compilation of the recorded works of the two leads in Star Trek, namely William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy, who between them brought out six albums in the late 1960's / early 1970's on the obscure US label Dot. Shatner's legendary "Transformed Man" LP from 1968, a bizarre half-spoken half-sung list of epic tunes and Shakespeare readings, is more fondly remembered than Nimoy's sizeable output, novelty value at first before later switching to covering modern C&W standards.
