Many of his songs carry on a continuing dialogue with God, with whom Paddy seems to have a robust critical relationship. But his chief songwriting concerns are the difficulties of expressing, maintaining and losing love. The pop references are evident on track one, Faron Young, which uses the cod country of the...more

The Rough Guide to Rock calls this "quite simply, one of the best albums of the 80s". I'd go further. This is one of the best albums ever. Don't be put off by the band's silly monniker (the Beatles had a daft name too, after all). Just revel in the beautiful tunes, sparkling production and clever, witty lyrics. Steve McQueen was the Sprouts' second album. It falls somewhere between the quirkiness of their 1984 debut 'Swoon' and the commerciality of their next 'From Langley Park to Memphis'. Redemption Process - Anorexia Nervosa
Standard symphonic black metal with a more melodic flair. No songs really stand out.

Rejoice - Katherine Jenkins

Ballads. Uptempo stompers Only Thirteen tracks??

Rebirth - Jennifer Lopez
World Music - Cuban & Latin - 2005

Raising Fear - Armored Saint
Perfection of the band's style, with great guitars and vocals and some timeless classics. Songs tend towards over-repetition, and end of the album is less noticeable.

Pristine In Bondage - Amaran
Powerful, good ol' fashioned metal. With a woman. Occasionally uninspired.

Pentecost III - Anathema
Unparalleled gloom, and a long-awaited resurrection of these vital releases. May lead to suicidal tendencies or manic depression. Okay for pregnant women though.

Per Un Pugno Di Dollari (A Fistful Of Dollars) - Ennio Morricone - Soundtrack
A classic Morricone effort that contains all the trademarks that made him popular Suspenseful music not as interesting and a certain stylishness still finding its place

If The Ocean Gets Rough - Willy Mason
deep, great voice, good lyrics I like his first album better

Ravishing Beauty - Avec Tristesse
Mix of gothic metal and symphonic black metal that sounds distinctive. Overly repetitive, too short and lacking coherence.
