"Strange Days" is the second album released by the band "The Doors". It came out in 1967. Despite good sales, this was never the best selling album and no single really made it top of the charts. My favourite song in "When the music's over" which for many critics already had in itself the elements which would lead to the tragic death of Jim Morrison. There is an eerie feeling along the album,a nd at the same time the great voice of Jim Morrison which breaks it. The full list of the songs is the following. Three seminal albums came out in the summer of 1967. One was widely publicised, the other two received little mention in the UK. Each broke away from the group's earlier styles. Faced with the task of producing the traditionally “difficult” second album to follow up their trailblazing debut, the Doors simply carried on where they had left off, with no real change of tone or theme from their eponymous classic. In fact many of the songs on STRANGE DAYS were older compositions considered for the first release, but don’t let that fool you into thinking this to be a second-rate album.
