From the get-go, I never cared much for Sugar Ray, judging by my early days of sitting in a dazed stupor before a T.V. screen and switching back-and-forth between VH1 and MTV and dismissing songs as ?crappy? if I didn?t care much for the video. This unfortunate fate befell Every Morning, in which the scary neck-brace-girl caused me to flip back to VH1 and see Chris Isaak having sex on the beach while some random girl flounced around, boobs akimbo. Things eventually changed, though, as they always do - fueled by a combination of addictive singles (Someday, Answer The Phone, etc) and my wanting to have sex with McGrath and become his love slave, I eventually ... And this A good combination of post pychedelia and modern rock Vocals are a little weak in places 2nd greatest record label ever, Sheer variety of music later stuff sometimes doesn't really cut it Some good ideas throughout the record Very poor execution of the ideas It's difficult to, imagine Christmas without, Band Aid and Wizzard Some classics aren't thereand Cliff Richard is on itfar too bloody much Contains many popular Cure hits, some new stuff, and a limited edition acoustic versions CD with some recordings that supercede the original studio versions, in my opinion Commercially biased, nary a look in to the darker side of The Cure, there's a few dud songs in there, and the inlay booklet's a bit sparseDecade In The Sun - Stereophonics
