The Supremes were a female vocal group from Detroit, they were one of the first ever all girl groups. They started out in the sixties with one member being the famous Diana Ross. When they started out being produced by Holland Dozier Holland they started to become famous during 1964, they had three number one records, with "Where Did Our Love Go", "Baby Love", "Come See About Me". They had three more number ones the following year, and a lot more Top Ten hits after these, when Florence Ballard left she was replaced by Cindy Birdsong, and they then became known as Diana Ross and the Supremes.
