This Album reeks of Awesomeness it has everything that you are looking for in a R&B album. It would suite a wide range of listeners and this was shown in its chart position reaching number 1. This is the 3rd album from the girls with the other 2 being Destiny's Child and The Writings on the Wall. This album has already had a couple of songs released off it which are Independant Woman Part 1 and Survivor with Bootylicious. I bought the previous album to this The Writings on the Wall and a couple off tracks of the album Survivor also feature on there previous such as Independant Woman Pert 1 and 2.

On the album you get 18 tracks which is quita a lot for a album these days and you also get a extra in that you get the video for Survivor as well. The tracks on the album include.

The album kicks off the Song Independant Woman Part 1 which every one would of heard off because it was played so much and was also on the soundtrack for Charlies Angels. Talks about woman who support themselves with no help from anyone. Good start to the album and is one of the top tracks on the album.

The good songs then follow on with the track Survivor. Everybody would of heard this as well becasue it had a lot of Radio play and it got into your head as well so you would be singing it all day. The tracks a big hit because it got to number 1 in the UK and again it is another song that will get you going a bit and the chorus is catchy as well.

The album then goes onto Bootyliciuos which is released today into the charts.
Personally my favorite track on the album. The lyrics are not as strong as the first two tracks and the singing is toned down a lot which makes the voices softer. Will reach number 1 in my opinion because look at the compotition Atomic Kittens Eternal Flame. It is one of the most up tempo songs on the album and very likely to get you to dance because of its Disco feel.

The next track Nasty Woman has taken them into a new direction a bit because on the previous album they dissed men but the track dissess woman. Not as up tempo as other of the tracks and more emphysis is put on to the content of the lyrics.

Fancy is a song that contains softer beats so it gives a different perspective to the girls songs because it is completly different from the first few songs. Again the lyrics are easy to sing along to as well.

Apple Pie A' La Mode is the next track and what draws you into this song is the title because it is a very strange title. Its all about them seeing a man that they like and all the band get a chance to sing a bit in this song. It also sounds like there is a choir in the background giving it a harmonic fell to it.

The next track is Sexy Daddy as i have read in someone elses opinion a bit of a strange title because it is not used that much and should be called Sweety Pie. My favorite bit is at the beggining because it breaks you into the track which is quite funkey and the lyrics mean something.

The next track Perfect Man and the voices on this track are not overworked again and there is some sort of instrument that is being plucked in the background which gives it a good beat. It is not that up tempo but still will get your head nodding to it.

Independant Woman Part 2 at the beggining you get sounds that sound like something from Road Runner with the carttony feel. Basically the same two part 1 but the music is different. The lyrics are said a little quicker so the chorus in my opinion sounds better. <

Happy Face is a average song in my opinion and it sound different from anything off the track because it sounds like it would be a remix of it because of the way it sounds. As it suggests in the title it is a very happy song and the content in the lyrics give off the feelings that they are happy and everything is going right.

The next track is Dance With Me and at the beggining it has a very ketboard soud which reminds me of another song but i can't remember what it is this keyboard sound continues through the whole of the song. As it is with most of the songs the lyrics are from the sexy Beyonce.

The next track is My Heart Still beats and is the slowest track on the album and goes in a different direction from the other songs. Beyonce's voice probably was'nt the best one to use because it is so powerfull. Don't really like it.

The next song is Emotion which is a cover of the track from Samanthe Sang which was written by the Bee Gee's. Another slow song like the previous. The content of the lyrics are strong and again Beyonce's coice was'nt the best one to use. Sounds nothing like the original.

Brown Eyes is the next song and you have a nice start to it with there being a very soothing bits. Sounds like something you would get at the end of a school disco to finish off. Again a slow song but the verses build up to the more powerfull chorus.

Dangerously is the next track and is one of the tracks to contain guitar has a very Mexican/Spanish feel to it which makes it stand out on the album. Beyonce's voice is perfect for this track. Even though it is quite a slow song i still like it.

The Story of Beauty is next and again you get the sound of a guitar being plucked but i think it was off the synthesizer. One of the few tracks that is telling a story and paints a picture in your head which it is supposed to do and is more of a song to grab your emotions.

Next is the Go
spel Medley which contains a vary of different Gospel songs. The track is like something that you would hear in a church from a choir. It is a song dedicated to someone and they girls are really putting there voices into it and making it sound like they mean it. Some parts of it really get the best bits out of the girls voices and are quite powerfull in a different way than the above tracks

The last track is the Outro and is more up beat than the last few tracks at the end. It is upbeat and talks about what the girls mean to the band and they sing about what they have to be thankfull for.

So overall the album has a wide range of different style of music and use there voices very well on most of the songs. This is better than there last 2 albums and it shows there are different sides to the girls. I rcoomend this to anyone and everyone
