Rating:
On 29th November 1993 the British heavy metal band Motorhead returned to what they do best with their album Bastards, originally to be titled "Devils". This was later to be changed to the slightly more controversial title "Bastards" which is not meant in the vulgar term but merely as a reference to a child born out of wedlock. After their last album "March or Die" which was a very commercial and toned down form of the band, it is good to hear them returning to full force with this album. At the time of recording the band consisted of the following members; Lemmy Kilmister - Bass guitar and Vocals Phil Cambell - ...

that wont stand the test of time. The band are made up of Lemmy (bass and vocals), "Fast" Eddie Clarke (guitar), and "Philthy Animal" Taylor (drums) . This is Motörhead s second album and it showed a massive progression for the band. The chnage paid off because fans consider this to be their best album (and they have had tons)-superceding the Ace of Spaces! In sound the album is fierce and wild (as a rock album should be) and it does show off the bands thrashy style beautifully. There are some clear punk influences to the band and their trashy messy style suggests this heavily at times. Introducing this album they deliver the epic title track ...

With The Beatles - The Beatles
Great music, wonderful insight into the band before they really shook the world
Not their finest album as they were still 'growing' artistically
Warriors Of The World - Manowar
A couple of decent heavy songs.
The band's delusions of grandeur really get in the way.
The Dawn Of Battle - Manowar
Heavy Metal - 2005
Overture Of The Wicked - Iced Earth
Focus song 'Ten Thousand Strong' is a solid and memorable speed metal anthem.
Unleashes a golden shower all over Iced Earth's golden era.
Louder Than Hell - Manowar
One good song, one okay song and several awful songs...

It's like the Beatles have returned.
We need another album... badly.

Gods Of War - Manowar
Made me laugh a lot.
Pretentious idiots.
1967-1970: The Blue Album - The Beatles
The Beatles At Their Most Creative
Not So Immeadeatley Catch As Their Early Work
Back To Mine - The Orb
Great chillout electro album
The electro side won't appeal to all
