Nice modern prog, with some interesting instruments. Hardly any trace of metal or folk for fans of earlier albums.

Some good old tunes... Some naff dated ones...

BRUCE'S BACK No super speed track

Classic power metal with plenty of time-out for instrumentals. Has an overly dated, eighties sound to it.

Heavy Metal - 1993

The Unraveling - Rise Against
Heavy, fast songs, but also balanced nicely with some slower stuff, but never getting too slow Backing vocals are irritating in places, some songs are too short to do them justice.

Powerful Lyrics, Great riffs, basslines and drums Some themes conveyed in lyrics may not be understood by a younger audience
