Advantages: It's Elvis singing some wonderful songs

This 2-disc set has been deleted but is available used from Amazon UK at a very reasonable price (just over £2). It features 64 classic tracks from the King Of Rock and Roll, spread across 2 discs, and is a good starting point if you are trying to decide whether or not to build up a collection of his music.

Amongst the great tracks on this album are songs from the 1950s (such as HEARTBREAK HOTEL and the title song from Elvis' first film LOVE ME TENDER), the 1960s (including IT'S NOW OR NEVER and ARE YOU LONESOME TONIGHT), and my favourite period of the King's life, the 1970s (including the wonderful songs MY BOY and the highly underrated MOODY BLUE).

If you have never listened to Elvis' music before then I would highly recommend getting this CD to see what you have been missing. If you are already a fan then check the track listings of the CDs you already have as the likelihood would be that if you bought this disc there would be a lot of duplication with what you already have.
