"Bedlam 1-2-3" starts off at a slow pace with a damning bass line and builds up to a raucous frenzy, the vocals are pretty wild and remind me a little bit of Macabre or Pantera on Vulgar Display of Power. Thrash metal suffered a bit of a blip at the end of the 90s and early millenium but Exodus is a band who came back early with 2 strong albums in Tempo of the Damned (2004) and Shovel Headed Killing Machine (2005), this third album cements a solid comeback this decade for the band headed by guitarist Gary Holt. It's the second album to feature the vocals of Rob Dukes. The Atrocity Exhibion A is thrash metal at its best, long and brutal tracks are carved out by killer riffs, awesome shredding and tough lyrics to match.
