The Brats 1980 album by Brats is a rare but not ultra-rare LP from the Danish punk rockers Brats. Despite the connotations the band have with Mercyful Fate and King Diamond (guitar duo Hank Shermann and Michael Denner would go on to play in both) and a few metal riffs, the band are pretty much punk. The recording is rough, the songs are simple, yet fairly catchy and they remind me a tiny bit of Samhain with the metal riffs but their brand of punk sounds more like a one-hit wonder English 77 band.
