The Dark Knight - SoundtrackListen to the darkest knight (256 words)
by DanielBebb - written on 11/09/10 (Useful, 11 readings)
This soundtrack is for the 2008 Blockbuster The Dark Knight. It is entirely instrumental so its has no words or voices in it. H Hans Zimmer is the man who created the bulk of the work here and the music is far darker than the music used in Batman bagins . The trackist is as follows: 1 Why So Serious 2 I m Not A Hero 3 Harvey Two Face 4 Aggressive Expansion 5 Always A Catch 6 Blood On My Hands 7 Little Push 8 Like A Dog Chasing Cars 9 I Am The Batman 10 And I Thought My Jokes Were Bad 11 Agent Of Chaos 12 Introduce A Little Anarchy 13 Watch The World Burn 14 Dark Knight Dark really is the word to describe the music here as from the opening why so serious what you get ...
Crimson Tide/the Rock - Hans ZimmerGreat soundtrack for a great film! (424 words)

of images in your head to fit! H Hans Zimmer is a musical genious and that is definently shown in this album, his music does not consist of just simple melodies with pad backing, every note is chosen specifically and the whole orchestra compliments each other to produce the huge sound that is apparent on most of the major tracks within the film! Its difficult to really explain the album without you at least having seen the film or head some of the soundtrack but you will no doubt have heard that hans is one of the best score writers out there and is very much in demand and this is no exception! Great album, will give musical inspiration to all who ...

creates excellent listening on it's own. The main militaristic "action" tunes are "Hummel gets the rockets" and "In the Tunnels". The others are not so good, as Hans Zimmer's skills lie in action and sadness, nothing else. The tracklisting is as follows: 01. Hummel gets the Rockets (6:25) 02. Rock House Jail (10:12) 03. Jade (2:01) 04. In the Tunnels (8:40) 05. Madison's Walk- First Launch (9:34) 06. Rocket Away (14:25) 07. Fort Walton- Kansas (1:37) 08. The Chase (7:35) Jade, Fort Whalton and The Chase are little more mellowed out, and as such, pretty dire. Hummels ...
