"The Elephant In The Room" came out early in 2008 as the eighth solo album from Fat Joe. It is the second record from the artist since he made significant changes in his style in order to appeal to a different audience since his early years in the Diggin' In the Crates Crew, as the East Coast rapper has turned to the strength of the Dirty South for inspiration in his newest material. 1.
