Seeing Mariah Carey, the diva the world had all but written off, stood glowing in figure-hugging gold and looking almost as bronzed herself, there's little doubt that Mariah is one of the world's most stunning women - but can the music live up to this tremendous cover art masterpiece? I was a little hesitant about buying this album- I had already got 'It's like that' and the conclusion to that song, 'We Belong together' which were both utterly amazing, and I thought perhaps the rest of the songs in her album wouldn't match these. However I was totally wrong- I'd say this was one of the best things I've bought this year in the music department. There is a definite beat and rythm to these songs which I havn't herd in a long time. Also, I must say that her videos touchwood have been amazing too. 1.
