Advantages: Great track selection and very well produced.

Disadvantages: There is lots of swearing.

The Eminem Show by Eninem really is a fantastic album and has reached 8 x Platinum proving its popularity and quality. The album was released in 2002 and has been nominated for best rap album in 2003. This album was Eminem's first and really is of a very high standard. I orginally bought this album for around £15 in Virgin and you can now get it for just £5 from Amazon which really is an excellent deal.

Of course The Enimen Show is of a rap genre and there are 20 tracks on the album which I found to be very impressive. I would say however, that the music may be found offensive by others and there is a lot of swearing in the tracks. Many of the albums contain (skits) which means that talking occurs before the track.

I really liked how the album was very personal and it was all based on the truth of the storybehind Eminem that is Marshall Mathers. There are some excellent hits in this album such as White America and Cleaning out my closet amongst many other tracks. There really is a great selection available with this album which really is an advantage. It was Dr Dre who helped to produce this who is world renound for hip-hop albums.

Overall I have found this album to be an excellent one and aside of the swearing I really would recommend this album. I think the quality of the music in general and the selection available really is fantastic and makes it well worth the money. I hope this was useful and thank you very much for reading.
