The Heroin Diaries - Sixx AM

I love this album, It is a sound track to Nikki Sixx of motley crues book of the same name, Its is not always as heavy as one would expect from a nikki sixx album. it is very much one of those albums that you have to listen to from the start to the end and really listen to the dark and informative lyrics to truly apriciate the brilliant song writing and deep subject matter But if you are looking for a stand out song to put in a playlist i would go for Life is beautiful or the heavier pray for me. This book scares me. The story is about Nicci Six, a musician from Motley Crue, and is written in diary form, from the time when Motley Crue was the biggest band in the world. As you may know, Heavy Metal stars were very big in drugs, including Heroine and Cocaine. Nicci Six was a man addicted to heroine, and tells his story of what it was like. Many rockers who are loyal to Motley Crue knows that Nicci once died from an overdose, but was revived a few minutes later. This book explains how he felt through everything that was going on, and puts a whole new perspective to what being addicted drugs are like. The ''Heroin Diaries Soundtrack'' is the musical soundtrack to Nixxi Sixx's "HEROIN DIARIES - A YEAR IN THE LIFE OF A SHATTERED ROCKSTAR" book, which is based on diaries written by Sixx in the early height of his career. The book is a frightening account of the terrible effects that drugs, alcohol and decadence had on him.
