I have been listening to Kelis for a while now, first noticing her with her Kaleidescope album. Caught out There (I hate you so much right now) was a brilliant tune. Others such as Good Stuff and her collabroration with ODB with the song Got Your Money, were also brilliant. I think that Tasty is the 3rd album to come from this talented music star. The first song on the album which was released was Milkshake. This was the song that made me buy this album. I really shouldn`t like this album at all, it really isn`t my sort of music, but i do. Kelis first came to the publics attention with the song "Caught Out There", you really couldn`t miss its chorus of "I hate you so much right now!!" being yelled by Miss Kelis, in a very convincing tone (I believed her). The follow up single, Good Stuff, was a bit more of a laid back affair, and also my favourite song on the album. The rest of the album is a mixture of the same sort of catchy pop tunes, with a harden edge at times, the most notible being Gameshow and Roller Rink. She has a good voice, perhaps not as distinctive as Macy Gray, but still good. I ...
