      Advantages

      Disadvantages

A great cd for any inbetweeners fan.

We recently received The Inbetweeners box set as a gift, and my brother who is also a fan said that he had the soundtrack and would let us borrow it. We have had it in the car for a couple of days now and it is absolutely brilliant.

The cd costs £8.95 on Play.com but it's probably cheaper to download I imagine.

For that price you do get 2 discs and 48 tracks, so it's a great price for that amount of music and comedy. The track listings are as follows:

      Disc 1.

      2. Morning Runner - Gone Up In Flames

      20. Lloyd Cole - Wild Orphan
      21. Jay Gets Dumped (Dialogue)
      22. The Jam - That's Entertainment

The tracks that say dialogue next to them are parts of dialogue from the actual episodes, and I think this is a great idea as there are so many funny lines in the inbetweeners, it's great that their voices pop up in between tracks and it will really make you laugh out loud as you are driving along. The front of the case has the parental guidance logo, and I think this is due to the dialogue not the songs, as Jay is one of the characters best known for his potty mouth, and there are some great snippets of him on there.

The Discs are based on the seasons, so disc one is tracks and dialogue from season 1 and disc 2 is from season 2.

The great thing about this cd is that when certain tracks come on, you can picture what they were actually doing when the song was played in the episodes, so you can sing along and have a little chuckle at the same time thinking about their crazy antics.

I have to admit, when I looked at the track list I wasn't sure what many of them were, but when you hear them they are instantly recognisable, some are a bit obscure and I can't quite place them, but most of them are fairly mainstream.

I would say that most of the tracks are up beat, but like the programme, there aren't many soppy or sad parts so there is no need for ballads.

This is a great cd, not only are there some great tracks on there, there is the added bonus of some great dialogue tracks. It will really make you laugh and the songs where you can picture what the boys are doing when they are played are really great.

If you are a fan of the inbetweeners, this is a must have. I think it might be a bit weird for people who have never seen the programme, but for people like me who love it, it's a brilliant cd to make you laugh.
