After thoroughly enjoying there chart topping début album, St. Elsewhere, I had very high expectations of their second studio album, The Odd Couple. And they certainly didn't disappoint. The Odd Couple has a more polished, matured sound and feel compared to St. Elsewhere. The production of the album is seriosuly top class, and certainly will not disappoint. Cee Lo's vocal performances are razor sharp throughout the album, as are the lyrics. Gnarls Barkley are a US duo whose music blends together a few different styles. The group is made up of instrumentalist and DJ, Dangermouse (known for his bootleg, 'The Grey Album' a mix of Jay-Z's 'Black Album and The Beatles 'White Album.') and hip-hop vocalist Cee-Lo Green. The group fuses a few experimental stylings with elements of Soul and Hip-Hop primarily.
