No Reply - Daylight Dies
Pleasant moments. Very dull.

Nihility - Decapitated
Heavier. Less tolerable.

Parallels Of Infinite Torture - Disgorge
Heavy Metal - 2005

Pieces - Dismember
Old-school Swedish death metal from the masters. Only five songs plus a worthless intro.

Projector - Dark Tranquillity
Bold and successful change of direction (if temporary). Very little to appeal to long-time fans.

Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia - Dimmu Borgir
Nice orchestra... ...shame about the band (well, except the drummer).

Riders Of The Apocalypse - Demonoid
More great Swedish death metal. No ideas of its own.

Scream Bloody Gore - Death
Strong debut, with great guitars. Comparatively weak drums, and tendency towards repetition.

Redemption - Divine Empire
The best elements of death metal. All taken from other bands.
