Advantages: Great for Tenacious D fans, funny

Disadvantages: Not really an album in istelf where you cannot have seen the film with it

This Tenacious D album is basically all the songs from the Tenacious D: Pick of Destiny film. This hard rock duo meets by fate to form the world's greatest band as they discover the mysterious pick of destiny. The story follows and throughout various songs from the album are played. Now personally I heard this album and I was very confused what I had just bought, although it's only really for Tenacious D fans that have seen the film and wish to stay true to their fan base collection or just simply would like to recall the funny tracks they had heard in the film.

Its cheap enough, 3.95 from Amazon which is extremely cheap for an album, although for what it is I believe this is where it belongs, in the bargain bucket. The songs are great if you're a fan but otherwise you would have wondered why you wasted your hard earned cash on this album.

Summary: Worth getting for those fans of the film.
