The sound is almost entirely based in Judas Priest of the early 1980s with more than a couple of choruses and guitar riffs directly traceable to the 'Screaming for Vengeance' album (especially in 'Ride On'), but this will only make it more approachable for old-school fans. There's some degree of variation with the dark narrative of 'Wedding Day' and ...more

ONE STEP CLOSER I LOVE THIS TOWN

Fantastic vocals, excellent songwriting and execution, loads of atmosphere, great lyrics Vocals might be offputting to some

Great value for money 4 cds and dvd set. None

Varied styles keep it from getting boring. Newer material is weaker than the old, which doesn't bode well for the future.

A few more songs for fans. Distinctly average material.

The ultimate stoner doom experience. Perhaps too much reliance on studio trickery and amplifier effects to achieve atmosphere.
