The Sound of Music has to be my favourite film of all time, not just because of the heartfelt storyline but because of the montage of songs that structure the storyline, which are all captured on this CD.

The CD captures every musical moment from the film such as the Interlude, I Have Confidence, Do-Rei-Me and many more. Such beatiful songs from Rodger and Hammerstein.

The version of the CD that I have also has an interview with the producer of The Sound of Music and the music without any words. It also has a little leaflet with all the words of the songs so you can sing a long too!

A must have CD for any fan of the Sound of Music who saw the film and thought the songs were magnificent! This CD gives you a chance to really appreciate the songs in their own rights instead of storylines.

Summary: Great for musical lovers.
