Tsunami Bomb split up in 2005 and I was disappointed to see the demise of their own particular brand of female fronted poppy punk. I'd been a fan of the group for five or six years and this album is both accessible and one of the best records they recorded during this period. Women have always had success in punk music, but the heyday of groups with female vocalists who could make the grade is perhaps somewhat in the past these days.
