      Advantages

      Disadvantages

      dire

The cover artwork looks cheap. I am scared already. What exactly is a knees up? I have never been to a party and seen people with their knees in the air. That wouldn't be naturally comfortable, surely?

One hundred songs apparently, though some of these are made of through medleys, so that doesn't really count does it. I counted fifty songs, so they weren't far off!

We get underway with the delightful Whigfield. 'Saturday Night' has a strong eurobeat flavour and Sannie's vocals are bright and enthused. It is much in the mould of Gina G who follows suit with her Eurovision entry.

Time to turn back the clock, as Jive Bunny sample a bit of Glenn Miller. I don't mind them, but small doses are the order of the day. House Of Pain is a bad idea for any party. Stick 'Jump Around' on and you'll get fifty something uncles pretending they are homies and down with it, leaping all over furniture.

They have put 'Auld Sang Syne' on here...surely only useful for one time of the year?

Moving to disc two, where the first eight songs are all by Chas and Dave. Yes, that's right, the first eight. The word overkill springs to mind as I fast forward to track nine, only to to met by Jive Bunny once again. I am starting to see a pattern here!

With disc two cast to the back of the cupboard, I approached the third disc, hoping for some disco classics at least. The first twenty tracks on the third disc are by Black Lace. There are twenty tracks on disc three. Whoever compiled this CD must either be very low on ideas or working a sly one with Black Lace. There really is no saving grace here, as they slaughter 'YMCA' and 'Viva Espana'.

Tha album starts off promising enough, then rapidly loses it at disc two. Lazy and really poorly put together. You can buy it for about a tenner, a steal, aye?
